Environmental Compliance

OEHS facilitates compliance with overarching environmental programs pertaining to air quality, chemical management, water quality, waste management, etc. Environmental programs/permits are detailed below:

Responsible personnel should notify OEHS at least six months prior to conducting the following activities to ensure permits are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Procurement, maintenance, or decomissioning of equipment that generates emissions
  • Procurement, maintenance, or decomissioning of equipment that stores oil or chemicals
  • Changes to potable water systems and/or wastewater systems
  • Installation of grease trap interceptors
  • Installation of acid neutralization tanks
